All campers and
visitors must check in at the office upon arrival. Check
in time is 12:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Longer
stay will require another day's rental fee of site.
Please reregister by 10:00 AM. After hours arrivals must
check in at the office at 9:00 AM. |

Quiet time is
10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. |
| 3. |
Pets are
welcome. State law requires all pets to be on a leash.
Pick up all droppings and dispose of properly. No pets
allowed in any building or pool area. Do not leave pets
unattended. No pets in tents or cabins. |

Vehicle
washing or repair is not allowed. |
| 5. |
No fireworks
or firearms allowed. |
| 6. |
No ATV's,
skateboards or noisy toys allowed. |
| 7. |
No alcohol
allowed except on your campsite. |
| 8. |
All campers
must dispose of their garbage in dumpsters. |
| 9. |
Clotheslines
are prohibited. No ropes or chains tied to utilities,
trees or signs. Do not put nails in trees. Please do not
put hot grills directly on picnic tables. |
| 10. |
State law
requires a sewer donut. |
| 11. |
Children under
12 must have an adult with them in restrooms, game room
and pool. |
| 12. |
Speed limit is
5 miles per hour for all vehicles including motorcycles
and bicycles. |
| 13. |
No driving
through campsites. Be courteous. This includes bicycles. |
| 14. |
Management
reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any
reason he/she deems necessary and to evict those who do
not comply with the rules. Management and the owners are
not responsible for any loss of property, damage,
accidents or injury for any reason including fire, theft
or acts of nature. Management reserves the right to seek
compensation for any blatant destruction of Eagle's Nest
property. |

Cancellation
Policy: Reservations may be cancelled up until 48
hours of scheduled arrival and the fee will be $5.00.
Less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee equal to
one night's camping fee. |

No refunds due
to weather conditions or change of plans. |
| 17. |
All visitors and guests must
register at office and receive a car pass. |
| 18. |
2 vehicles per
